Welcome to the Stipe family website - we're so glad you stopped by. It is quite likely that you are here as a result of meeting our family, and maybe even asked us a question we are very often asked about our children - "Are they all yours?" The answer to that question (and the title of our site) is: "Yes, They're All Ours" and indeed, we are so very blessed. Our hope is that as you look around and get to know us more that you will be encouraged and uplifted. Although our family may be unsual these days as far as our family size, we are pretty typical in most other ways. We like the saying that "we may not have it all together, but together we have it all!" With eight children we never have to worry about a dull moment in our house! Every day presents its unique set of challenges and learning experiences that ultimately help to bind us closer together as a family. Our family's motivation and purpose for life comes from Jesus' answer when the scribes asked him what was the first commandment:

Our faith is the focal point of our life and helps to give us perspective and direction. We certainly don't claim to have all the answers, but do have the confidence to face the future with God on our side. As anyone who knows us can surely attest, we are far from perfect to say the least. We do, however, strive each day to increase in our love for and devotion to God and hope to become a little more like Him each day. As you discover our weaknesses and faults, we ask that you look past them and realize that we are still "under construction" as He's still working on us. Our hope is that you can look past our shortcomings and instead see our Lord Jesus Christ. In a world where many are searching for answers and meaning in life, and are turning to addictions, improper relationships, money, etc. for fulfillment, our hope is that you will come to know the peace and purpose for life that only Jesus can provide. Please come in and look around a little. Stay awhile. If there is any way that we can help you or be of encouragement, please don't hesitate to contact us:

And Jesus answered him, the first of all the commandments is, Hear O Israel, The Lord our God is one Lord.

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength, this is the first commandment

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Mark 12:29-31
